Our commitments

The ASBL ZOART and its team responsibly conduct their musical activities, integrating environmental, social, economic, and ethical issues at each stage of their projects.
Aware of the impact of cultural activities – production, distribution, and hosting of artists and audiences – ZOART is developing a progressive approach of continuous improvement. This approach is built over time, through concrete and measurable choices.
In the organization of its events and the management of its spaces, ZOART implements more sustainable practices: use of rainwater when possible, use of low-consumption LED lighting, sorting and reduction of waste, as well as encouraging smooth transportation for teams, artists, and audiences.
Furthermore, ZOART is actively committed to a more inclusive music scene. The organization works daily to improve the representation of women and gender minorities in all its activities. This commitment is reflected in its programming, the choice of artists it supports, and also through in-depth work addressing issues of legitimacy and self-confidence among female musicians.
Finally, ZOART is committed to promoting equality between women and men, both in its governance and in the daily management of its human resources.
Through these commitments, ZOART affirms its desire to contribute to a more sustainable, inclusive musical ecosystem that is in line with contemporary issues.
